The engineers behind NICPRO.
NICPRO Technologies was founded by two engineers with more than 40 years of combined experience building networks, phone systems, and security infrastructure for some of the world's largest companies — and a shared belief that growing businesses deserve that same caliber of engineering, without the enterprise price tag or the junior-tier support queue.
Built on enterprise experience,
delivered at human scale.
Before NICPRO, our founders designed and deployed systems inside Cisco, AT&T, TELUS, IBM, and Fortune 500 environments — networks carrying 30,000 phones, national banking and stock-exchange infrastructure, telecom datacenters serving hundreds of sites. Between us we've delivered projects across 15+ countries, from enterprise Fortinet and Cisco Meraki rollouts across Canada to the network modernization of the Guyana Police Force.
We started NICPRO on a simple observation: small and mid-size businesses are sold enterprise buzzwords but serviced by the least experienced staff. We flipped that. At NICPRO, the most senior people in the company — the owners — design, build, and support your systems directly.
You'll work with them directly.
Avinash has spent over 20 years engineering networks, security, and communication systems — including roles at Cisco Systems' Advanced Services, supporting clients like Bank of America, Citibank, Verizon, and ExxonMobil on deployments ranging from 500 to 30,000 phones, and at AT&T's unified communications design team serving Macquarie Bank, Ford, and Lexmark.
As an independent consultant since 2013 (Top Rated on Upwork), he has delivered projects across North America, Europe, Australia, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean — including the network and security modernization of the Guyana Police Force, voice infrastructure for Pegasus Hotel Guyana, telephony for Standard Chartered Bank (Zambia), a 200+ store communications migration for a US retail group, and dozens of firewall deployments for US IT providers.
